Dr. Tamana Towhid OD

Optometrist

Dr. Tamana Towhid is a licensed Optometrist practicing in Ontario since 2008. She grew up in Toronto and attended the University of Toronto, receiving her Honors Bachelor of Science degree in Human biology and Zoology. Dr. Towhid received her Doctor of Optometry degree from Nova Southeastern University in Florida, where she also completed internships in various private eye care clinics throughout South Florida.  This exposure allowed her to improve her skills in specialty areas including contact lenses, pre and post op care for Lasik and cataract surgeries, as well as diagnosis and treatment of eye diseases, including glaucoma.
